Day #4

Driving and driving and more driving. This was our one BIG day of driving. (12 or so hours no big deal right?) We hopped in our new ride with my mom and dad we were off. To pass the time Alan and I had hit the dollar store up and bought some fun gifts for the ride. One to be given every hour. Hopefully to pass the time quicker. Didn't take many pics since there's only so much you can do in the car and the scenery wasn't anything to get excited over but here is the few I got.Once scenery pic I got. Kind of a cool rock in the middle of nothing.A tired Jake totally engrossed in a movie.(apparently Gracie got sick of her hair so she used her goggles as a hair thing)

We took our turn to go through some mountain range and we stopped at a gas station to make sure the road was open (we heard/saw a sign somewhere that it wasn't) and it wasn't and they said you better hurry because "such and such pass will be closing soon there's a storm coming through there"



We found out later that they closed the road about an hour after we drove through it. Glad we made it because I was done with the car! The kids did sooooo crazy good on such a long car ride I was super impressed with them. We finally made it to our cute hotel in Senora and got settled and hit the hay. Boy was it nice to be out of the car.
