Alright a little teaser :)
Here's a little teaser about Hawaii :)(I totally meant to take a couple other pictures while packing but totally spaced it. Packing for 4 people for 10 days is a lot of work and a lot of hours! Wholly crap it took a long time and was exhausting which is my excuse for the lack of packing pictures. But seriously you should have seen all the clothes laid out. There was a ton!!)
Dang this picture is blurry! But can you count the suitcases? There's 6 there in case you couldn't see the hidden Lightening McQueen bag for Jake.
This was Jake "helping" me. Ya he was a lot of help. But we got it done :)
Jake's First Day of School!!
Jake wants to be sooo big and go to school like Gracie but unfortunately because of his size and his birthday we're going to hold him back and start him later so I didn't want to put him in preschool this year and pay for 3 years of preschool and get him bored before he even starts but my neighbor decided to do a "joy school" you know the ones where the mom's do all the work and rotate turns? Which I thought perfect!! Then he gets some school but not enough to get him bored before he really even starts. So this is Jakey's first day :)

Isn't he the cutest??

He was soooooo excited to go kept asking me if it was time to go yet if we could go now that is until we got there. LOL and then he cried and cried. The weirdest part was it was a friends house he goes to often enough he shouldn't have been crying little stink but whatever. When I picked him up he was totally happy and told me all about it and was loving it :) On the way home he peed a little bit in his pants (nothing crazy just enough to make him damp) which needs mentioned because when Dad asked him later how school was Jake replied "I cried and peed my pants" lol silly kid.
This stuff is AMAZING!!
Ok so I know this is completely random but seriously this stuff is amazing. Like unbelievably amazing. The only place you can get it (that I've found so far) is Ace Hardware and its pretty expensive like $9 for this little bottle (its little I promise) but it is a MIRACLE worker. Especially if you have little kids and like white shirts. It gets ANY stain out. Old stains, new stains, dried on stains. For example - Jake and spaghetti sauce on a new white shirt (ya I wasn't thinking ok? Give me a break I'm pregnant and I don't have all of mental capabilities working) anyways spaghetti completely gone. Fry sauce? Gone. A weird grease like stain (probably chap stick. You know how your husband leaves it in his pocket and you wash and dry it before you realize it?) it was on a maternity shirt I pulled out (so the stain was seriously like 3 years old) spray and wash and it was gone. For reals. Like all gone. Like this stuff is amazing. You can use it on carpets and other stuff too but I haven't tried it yet although I do have a red kool aid stain that's been around for awhile I need to try it out on. Anyways I highly recommend this expensive little bottle of magic!!
The last little while. . .
Well, to say the least the last couple weeks have been amazing. But before we talk about the super fun stuff I need to do a couple quick catch up ones that were fun just not as fun as Oh say Hawaii or Taylor Swift :) First being Jake's "dresser" its finally built!! Yay!! Now someday when I get motivation I'll paint it but until then this is what you get :) but I absolutely LOVE it!!

Like I said it needs paint and a few more decorations but don't you think its awesome? I love having it done!! It makes his room seem more like a room now for some curtains and some other decor it'll be done!! Guess I better get to work this baby is coming fast!!!

Official first day!!
She looked so cute on her first real day I had to snap a couple more. (I actually wished I would've taken a couple more but I didn't :( I'm such a slacker!)

So as a mom I'm kind of torn with my emotions. I'm sooo super excited for her and the opportunities she has this year. (Sorry if I've already told you guys this I can't remember anything these days) But she got accepted into the Spanish Immersion program at her school. Which is where she will learn in English half the day and Spanish the other half. So by 6th grade she'll be pretty dang fluent. (The best part is all her friends got in too!!) But it is a bittersweet moment. My baby is now in school. And will be for the rest of her life with us. (at least we hope so right :) ?) I'm really glad its just Kindergarten and a measly 2 1/2 hours a day which still leaves us plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the warm weather. (Other than everything's closed now during the week. Lame.) But I know that right around the corner is 1st grade and that will be TOUGH. Gone all day? Really? Oh well, can't dwell on that now. Just got to enjoy her while I can.
Yet another.
I have to post this one because it sure took a lot of convincing to get her to do this. Apparently her goggles are like her life jacket and without them she can't swim. Or so she thinks. And at the Aquatic Center you can't wear anything when you jump off the diving boards. Poor Jake was bummed. I think he would've done the high dive if he could've but the poor kid still has to have his life jacket.
Jake was running through the toys and sliding on his knees and it was super funny and cute and I told him to go run and slide and he did. Right down the frog slide so I stopped videoing :)

Diving in. . .
Yes I know another swimming post but really my kids love it. And with kindergarten not really happening this week we had to fill our time somehow! So off to Heidi's house we go! Well, the little miss got brave this fine fabulous day and decided she really could swim in the deep end. (Watching her the first half of the time we were there we kept saying you can do it you can do it! But she was nervous) She finally decided to go for it and now we can't get her to stop!!! And of course whatever she does Jake follows suit. So what started as jumping off the side. . . (see Jake's video) ended up with jumping off the diving board (see Gracie's video) Oh did I mention Gracie's without floaties? Ya cuz she is.

Complete and utter joy :)
