Easter Weekend Day #1

Saturday morning before Easter started out like any other with an Easter Egg Hunt!!! We went to the West Point one. I actually really liked it. A lot. There weren't a lot of people there it was close to home it was quick and easy to get out of we had a good time and got some good stuff.

Jake always smiles like this. With his bottom teeth jutting out. It's actually quite funny. Alan took him and I took Gracie to her age bracket. Alan said after Jake got 3 or 4 eggs he was done and ready to see what was inside.

The kids loved it and kept asking to go to another egg hunt :) Although we didn't have time for that we did clean the church and go to a birthday party at Classic (those pics NEVER turn out) and I can't remember what else we did because I didn't take any pictures. I'm terrible. We may have pawned the kids off to go Easter shopping (and b-day shopping since it was almost Gracie's b-day) Who knows. I just remember it being a fun filled day :)

Gracie's last field trip and Competition #4 (her last one)

We almost didn't go on this last field trip. Everyone was pretty cranky and I didn't feel good but last minute I was like oh man! It's her last one so we better go. I'm mostly glad we did. I think. We went to Flint Nursery and I didn't even know it existed but I think I will be going there from now on instead of J&J. For one its closer and for another its not 1/2 as busy. And it was a cute little place.

And the field trip lasted less than an hour. Hallelujah!!!

And her last competition of the season. Dance Spectacular Nationals!! I unfortunately did not take any of my own pictures :( because I help run this one but thankfully we have an awesome photographer who helps me out!

Competition Round 3

3rd attendant out of 6 girls. Which (not that I'm making excuses) is really good considering she had to go 1st out of all of them and 1st is the worst spot to be in. Last is the best. I was proud of her no matter what though! I think its great that she goes out there and does it with no fear every time!
