Well, after 5 years of working for us Alan's mom and dad decided to retire! (For the 2nd time for Marty!) They were such a HUGE help to us that we had to celebrate!
Plus they worked for free for a year or two while we were getting on our feet :) they were rewarded with a free cruise (or equivalent vacation) Hopefully it was worth it to them because we sure appreciated their help!!
