We met up with some long lost friends that used to be our neighbors and then decided to abandon us to faraway Highland. (C'mon guys really?) Started out with Alan as the home teacher and then Luke and Alan were clerks in the bishopric together. And Cami was my daily walking buddy. Oh how I miss the simplicity of those days. One kid each (although our time ended with her 3rd on the way and my 2nd was here) and every beautiful morning walking, talking. Having adult conversation. Ahhh the memories. Oh, anyways back to our date. We met at the Gateway and after trying to figure out what to do we jumped on Trax and headed to the Delta Center (oh wait ESA?) to try and get last minute tickets to the Jazz game. After an hour (or so) and no luck we decided to hit the Joseph Smith movie (love it) and then dinner at The Roof. Mmmmm loved every ounce of those 5lbs I gained.
