Black Island Farms

Another successful trip to the farm. . .

This year

Last yearThank you kind lady for taking a picture of the 3 of us.
Playing!!! And boy did they play hard. Jake liked bouncing off the giant pumpkin jumping thing.
But then the slide was introduced. Couldn't keep him off.

The train (for the girls)
The corn box.
The tunnel.The animals. . .

This was a cool pulley system thing that you filled the bowl with food and pulled it up to the goats who would actually walk up the ramp thing and eat it. Pretty nifty.
Jake.
Jake mooing at the llama.

Jake feeding his fingers to the goat.
He's so not afraid to let them lick him and nibble him. If you look back to my Morgan County Fair pictures he's doing the same thing. He thought it was the best.
The maze. Which Gracie didn't understand the concept of. She just liked to walk on top of the hay.And of course more slide. More and more and more. Jake loved it and he loved the steepest one they had open. He tried this one once or twice.
But this is the one he really liked. He went down it more times than I can remember. It was steep too. At least for a 15 month old.It was so fun this year with Jake being a lot more mobile and able to do everything and Gracie being brave enough to go without me and just play and do her thing. I think its going to have to be a yearly tradition.
