Eeeee! Day 1 so much fun to be had!! A yummy breakfast. This is Gracie eating a hard boiled egg. She realized during this breakfast that the egg, if she hadn't of eaten it, would've become a chick. So as she would eat she would sing - No feet, no eyes, no beak, no hair. Morbid child.
This was our breakfast view. (They docked super early. Like 5 am or something like that)
Here we go!!
Did I mention my mom and dad were with us? They were. This was their anniversary present!
On that bus truck thingy in the picture above heading to Maegan's Bay.
Some of the scenery on our way over to the other side of the island. Where the beach was.
And we made it! At the same time that it was a torrential downpour. Literally. It was raining soooo hard!!
After standing around under a covered picnic area for awhile we were like duh we came to play in the water so its not like the rain is going to get us any wetter. And its not like it was a cold rain. So we decided to go play!
It didn't take long for it to clear up and be sunny!
Hi dad!
Gracie doing what she does.
Ahhh aren't we cute!
Heading back to the boat it was another torrential downpour. We stopped at the flea market on the way back (its in a picture above. Everything covered in blue tarps) and shopped for a minute and then headed back to the boat.
Poor Jake was sooooo tired. He fell asleep at dinner.
The waiters perform a before dessert dance and song for us.
After dinner the kids went to Camp Carnival this is the before. . . .
And the after. He sure looks ferocious doesn't he?
And then our creature for the night. Isn't he cute? I wondered (every night) who the poor person was the had to sit and punch out little blue eyes for every animal. Every. Single. Night. Poor sucker.
I would have to say that day 1 was a huge success!
